Hospice and Palliative Care 
At Alexian Brothers Hospital Network we realize each patient and family has a unique set of needs and challenges. Our overall goal is to provide opportunities and enable patients and families and provide the opportunity to experience growth, find meaning and value as they face the challenges associated with their illness or end of life. The Alexian Palliative Care Consultation Services are a hospital based interdisciplinary supportive care program. This program seeks to provide relief from physical, social, emotional and spiritual symptoms experienced by patients and families during a life-challenging or life-threatening illness. The main focus of palliative care is to help patients and their families achieve the best possible quality of life. A gift to these programs helps us continue to provide exceptional support to our patients and their families during some of their most difficult times.
